GENOMICS.X R

We present Genomics.x R, a comprehensive and user-friendly R package designed to streamline the identification of target genes and disease markers from scRNA-seq datasets. This tool integrates cutting-edge statistical modeling, robust normalization procedures, and powerful visualization capabilities. Our results demonstrate that Genomics.x R accurately and efficiently pinpoints critical gene signatures associated with various pathologies, thereby accelerating translational research and supporting precision medicine initiatives.
